    Since our founding in 2017 we've completed projects to...

      Develop the Enterprise Project Management Office for a nonprofit client, providing a new portfolio management methodology to improve the efficient application of business and IT resources to the projects with the highest strategic returns for the organization. (2017-2018)
      Establish and lead bi-weekly portfolio review sessions with client CEO and team to help establish new practices. (2018)
      Redesign the website for an Evanston-based nonprofit to better highlight achievements and improve ease of making donations. (2018)
      Help develop an actionable and measurable equity plan for a suburban-Chicago community college. (2019)
      Consult on the transition to guided pathways for a suburban-Chicago community college. (2019)
      Lead the selection effort to identify a new Data Management system and project managed the system implementation for a Chicago-based nonprofit foundation. (2018-2020)
      Provide post-implementation support for a new Data Management system for a Chicago-based nonprofit foundation including development of new change management processes including cross-functional collaboration in review and prioritization of change efforts. (2020)
      Review and improve documentation of policies, procedures and forms management for a Chicago-based nonprofit foundation's program management. (2019-2020)
      Help establish a "Center for Operational Excellence" for a client to better manage the coordination of continuous improvements to processes, systems and supporting documentation through broader organizational input. (2020)
      Developed a Change Management process to address process and technology chanages requested from across the organization. (2021-2022)

    Who We Are

    Scott is a successful leader who has run strategic planning and project management office (PMO) efforts, managed consulting practices, and excels in change management, portfolio and project management, annual planning, process improvement, and organizational change. He has proven experience in managing portfolios of programs, projects, vendors and people with leadership skills and business savvy. He possesses an excellent ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and is Project Management Professional (PMP) certified, with strong skills in managing toward strategy realization. Scott has presented nationally on topics including college access and success, pathway development and methods for implementing needed changes in higher education and nonprofit sectors. He holds an MBA in Systemic Management from Baldwin Wallace University and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Logistics from Michigan State University.
